Role: Commercial Manager (Facilities Management, PFI)

Location: North West

Working: Hybrid working, 2–3 days on site

Salary: Circa 75,000, car allowance

Our client is a UK–based construction and property services company. They offer a wide range of services, including construction, civil engineering, facilities management, property development, and housebuilding. The company operates across various sectors, such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and commercial projects.

As an accomplished Commercial Manager with PFI experience, you have the opportunity to join their team as Commercial Manager based from their office in the North West

Experience Required

PFI experience as Commercial ManagerFacilities ManagementLifecycle and VariationsOversee and manage commercial aspects of a PFI projectLead and manage PFI Lifecycle ad variations in project scope, ensuring smooth and effective processes.Provide strategic commercial input to maximize project value.Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate amendments where necessary.Collaborate with the wider project team, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives.

Key Requirements
