Commercial Insurance Accounts Executive Job Overview

Client Acquisition, identifying prospect commercial clients and expanding a client portfolio

Client Consultation, colleaborating with clients to assess their business needs and risk profiles, providing expert advice on suitable commercial insurance products and coverageInsurance solutions, develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to the specific needs of clientsRelationship management, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing commercial clientsAccount retention, monitor policy renewals and proactively engage with clients to ensure retentionCross-selling and upselling, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance productsMarket Knowledge, stay informed about changes in the insurance market, regulations, and industry developments

Commercial Insurance Accounts Executive Job Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience as an account executive, experience in commercial insurance is preferredStrong knowledge of the commercial insurance market, and different insurance productsExperience working with a client portfolio is requiredExcellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and client management skills are essentialDriving license and car is preferred

Commercial Insurance Accounts Executive Salary & Benefits

Salary depending on experience, likely to range from 45k - 65k (potentially higher depending on experienceHybrid working is available, however most staff work from office and are encouraged to work in officeFlexibility to regularly go out and visit clientsStandard workplace pension25 days holidayFree eye testsBonus scheme
