Having operated in the UK for the past 22 years, growing year on year, Sellick Partnership is now in a position to kick on with our next phase of serious growth. With a turnover of 115m, and 100 staff over 5 offices, Sellick Partnership is set to expand both nationally and internationally, supported by French parent company Samsic Group. We are therefore looking to recruit a highly commercial, experienced director to support the senior management team in achieving our 2026 goal of 200m turnover and beyond.

The Role

Taking responsibility for commercial activities including business analysis, supporting sales leaders to drive sales performance and develop quality decision makingAdvising on legal matters including commercial contracts, employment law for our contractors, as well as for internal staff, some commercial property mattersIdentifying and advising on potential expansion planning, to include M&ALeading on and building continuous improvement programmes in a high achieving sales/recruitment environment from an operational perspectiveYou will

LOVE the professional services sector, and hopefully, recruitment!Be proven in a senior-level executive role and have a track record of implementing successful commercial improvements.Be ambitious to progress in your career, always pushing yourself to achieve results.Hold a professional qualification in either accounting OR legalHave previously operated at board/senior executive level within a medium or large-sized businessRewards
