Yorkshire Precision Engineering Ltd are a successful busy Sub Contract Engineering Company and are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator, offering excellent rates of pay to the right candidate.

Job Description

* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head Lathes (Miyano BNE65MYY/ Miyano BNJ 42SY / Doosan Puma TT1800SY)

* Working to tight tolerances

* Producing high precision batch work components anywhere from 50 off to 2500 off.

* Setting and Operating using Fanuc Controls / Mitsubishi Controls

* Producing parts from various general engineering and exotic materials

Skills Required

* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head Lathes

* Experience using twin spindle lathes is an advantage.

* (The ability to program is advantageous but not essential)

* Previous experience working within a high precision manufacturing environment.

* The ability to read and Interpret engineering drawings

200 hours per year + Statutory holidays.

Every 3 years service 10 hours holiday added

! 4 Day work week !

Working 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday 7am to 5:30pm or 6am to 4:30pm.

x2 15 miniute paid breaks + 30 mins Lunch (Unpaid)

overtime paid at time and a half.

Wage dependant on skill level
