Job Description * Setting and Operating CNC Star Sliding Head Lathes * Working to tight tolerances * Producing high precision batch work components anywhere from 50 off to 1000s off. * Setting and Operating using Fanuc Controls * Producing parts from various general engineering and exotic materials * Operating and setting on New and upto date machinery Skills Required * Setting and Operating CNC Fixed or Sliding head Lathes experience * (The ability to program is advantageous but not essential) * Previous experience working within a high precision manufacturing environment. * The ability to read and Interpret engineering drawings * Must be Self-motivated, dedicated and able to work under own initiative. 200 hours holiday per year (23days) + Statutory holidays Every 3 years service 10 hours holiday added. ! 4 Day Week ! Working 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 5:00pm (flexible 30mins either way) Yearly Appraisals Onsite Parking Pay is Monthly Wage dependant on skill level
