Job Title: CNC Operator – Milling

Location: Sheffield

Shift: Morning and Afters

Salary: 14.98 – 15.73ph

Metalis are currently in partnership with an established engineering company based in Sheffield who are looking to hire a CNC Miller on a 12–week temporary to permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operating CNC Milling machinesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and machining symbols.Ability to use the correct measuring tools for machining and checking final product.Ability of positioning parts into jigs and fixtures prior to machining.Make sure the machine is set and left in a safe condition.Person Specification:

CNC Milling experience.Ability to read from engineering drawings.Ensuring machine department is clean and tidy and adhere to health and safety.Assist experienced operators in the safe loading and unloading of tooling.Must be willing to work extended hours or shifts as requested.Shifts and Salary:
