Job Title: CNC Machinist (5–Axis)

Location: Slough

Employment Type: Full–Time, Temporary with opportunity of going Perm directly with the company.

Salary: GBP16 per hour

Hours: 50 hours per week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set and operate a 5–axis CNC ABB machine tool used for shot peening. This is a full–time role with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with 5–axis CNC machines and a working knowledge of the Fanuc control system. Full training on the machine will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a 5–axis CNC ABB machine for shot peening. Utilize the Fanuc control system to manage and adjust machining processes. Ensure high levels of precision and quality control in machining operations. Follow health, safety, and operational guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure consistent production standards. Requirements:

Proven experience with 5–axis CNC machining. Familiarity with Fanuc control systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. Ability to work a 50–hour workweek. Benefits:
