Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.Experience in a similar role, such as Account Manager or Sales Account Manager.Knowledge of the NHS or Private Healthcare sector, especially mental health.Ability to communicate and influence at all organisational levels.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.A valid driving licence for regional travel.As a Clinical Business Development Manager you will:

Develop and execute sales strategies for secure mental health transport and complex services.Identify and target potential clients in the UK sector.Engage with key decision–makers and stakeholders.Present services to potential clients, emphasising safety and value.Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts.Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.Attend industry events to network and generate leads.Utilise CRM software for efficient sales tracking.Participate in planning and presenting tender documents.Collaborate with Operations to align new business opportunities with strategic objectives.Package and Benefits:
