Client Solutions Partner - Social Work

This role will cover the North Wales & South West and may require travel so flexibility is needed.

Randstad Care is looking to grow our established sales team. You will work with local authorities and residential services, offering bespoke care packages for adults and children. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Role Summary

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targetsConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trendsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaignsMonitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior managementRequired

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the care sectorStrong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to analyse data and generate sales reportsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachWhat do we offer?
