Our client's friendly team, is now recruiting individuals initially on a six-month fixed term contract, where you will provide outstanding service and support to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for queries

Resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate records

Handle client communications via email and web chat

Efficiently manage and dispatch necessary documentation

Be the first point of contact for occasional complaints that are raised
