Chef De Partie - £32,130 - London

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in similar restaurant roles within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn, adaptable, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be part of a 15-person team in the Members' Restaurant, covering both service and private dining rooms. You may also work in the Events kitchen, preparing conference buffets, working lunches, canapés, bowl food, and formal plated meals, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Chef De Partie requirements:

Prepare and serve dishes across various menus, ensuring consistency and quality. Lead the service of allocated sections under the supervision of senior chefs. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen. Monitor stock levels, conduct weekly compliance checks, and assist with deep cleans.
