I am working with a top-tier Italian fine dining restaurant in Soho, looking for an ambitious and dedicated CDP’s to assist in the main kitchen. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including classic Italian à la carte, fine dining options, set menus, and a lively weekend brunch.

You will be prepping and working across the sections, a great place to learn and advance your career!

Key Requirements:

A deep passion for Italian cuisine.
Experience in premium restaurants with a fast-paced service environment.
Hands-on approach to cooking with high-quality ingredients.
Strong commitment to maintaining high standards across the kitchen.
Ability to work well within a large team and report effectively to senior management.
