Role - Valuation Surveyor - MRICS 2 years PQE

Location West Midlands

Salary - GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 + BONUS

Hybrid/Flex Working

The role will cover West Midlands, Warwickshire & Leicestershire but is based in either the Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry or Evesham. Our client is the leading Land and property agency in the Midlands with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to their clients.

Job Summary

As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, registered valuer within the commercial team, you will be providing a wide range of formal written valuations and professional landlord and tenant advice for clients.

You will be an important team member with an integral contribution to the growth of the business across the valuation and professional services sector.

Responsibilities

Delivery of valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards. Delivery of landlord and tenant advice to clients Ensuring compliance with industry regulations Regular communication with commercial property management teams. Requirements

Minimum 2 years MRICS PQE Registered Valuer Clean PI record Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, mixed use, offices and HMOs Proven experience in landlord and tenant work Good understanding of the local property market across the wider Midlands area Supporting other team members and recognising the work of others. Confident in your ability to succeed Full driving licence and access to own vehicle. Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable.
