Our client is seeking a experienced Multi Trader to join their team who's based in the South London area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various trades and able to undertake a range of tasks in a competent and timely manner. Previous experience working within Social Housing is essential.

This is a permanent role, suited best for applicants who live within South London and are used to mobile work.

About the role:

You will work in the South London area as part of a team dedicated to delivering maintenance to their residents and properties in and around the South London area. This is a mobile position, with potential for a company vehicle, fuel card.

Duties include:

Carrying out repair and renewal tasks Promptly informing the Supervisor when additional trades are needed Independently handling specific tasks Collaborating with colleagues to complete joint tasks Filling out daily work sheets with details of work completed and materials used after each job Working efficiently to meet project deadlines Essential Requirements:
