Contract

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and reliable, public sector caretaker in the Camden area.

The Role:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of estate grounds and facilities.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as gardening, landscaping, and minor repairs.

Monitor security of the estate premises and report any suspicious activities.

Assist in setting up and organizing events held within the estate.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.The Candidate:

Prior experience in caretaking/cleaning/maintenance work.

Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.
