Working within our dedicated Careline team, you would be responsible for delivering high quality administration including customer focused support and working closely with the case managers and team leaders, whilst striving to deliver a streamlined service. Our Corporate Health division offer health and wellbeing services to w ide range of customers, focusing on helping people live healthier, happier lives.

Demonstrable experience in an administrative role, preferably within healthcare.Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Be familiar with and keep up to date with, the requirements of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills.Be comfortable working either on your own initiative or as part of a team.Have a "can do" attitude when dealing with customer calls.Feel comfortable in challenging aspects of the role where you feel there may be room for improvement/more efficient ways to deal with that aspect.
