For this exciting position you must posess the following attributes to have the opportunity to work for the leading and largest Motor retailer in Essex.

Please note you don't need to be from a car sales background although some sales experience is beneficial.

Be a driver with full clean manual UK driving licence

We will provide a comprehensive and dedicated training programme for all selected candidates.

For successful candidates, the financial package comprises:

£28,000 basic salary

£40,000-£60,000 OTE

Employee benefits and discount Scheme including company car after probationary period.

22 days holiday

Hours:

Candidates must be fully able and willing to work the following shifts and hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 18.00 pm Saturday 8.30 am to 17:30 pm

Alternate Sundays 10.00 am to 16.00 pm.

One week day off per week will be agreed between you and your line manager
