Business Development Manager

Location: Halifax

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Proactively call new business opportunities and build relationships with new and existing customers.

* Manage inbound sales opportunities, providing quotes through a job management system.

* Secure sales with clients through relationship building and follow-ups.

* Maintain and develop customer relationships via outbound calls and emails.

* Use CRM systems to manage leads and customers effectively.

* Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by management.

* Organize workload and contribute to team-based discussions and strategies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

* Previous experience in telesales is essential.

* Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.

* Passion for sales with a high level of motivation.

* Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.

* Excellent organizational skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
