  Role Description:
  Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Business Development Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a well–established commercial cleaning and support service provider which has seen significant growth over the years. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving company revenue through the identification, acquisition and growth of new business relationships and opportunities. You will be required to promote the company's cleaning services, and always be one step ahead of market trends in the cleaning sector. The ideal Business Development Manager will have proven experience in BD or sales, and will be adept in managing relationships with managing agents. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who seeks to further their career in cleaning sales, working for a company which really strives to support it's customers, delivering consistently high standards.
  Responsibilities:
  Identify and cultivate potential business opportunities through networking, existing business relationships, industry events and light cold–calling
  Attend industry–specific events, conferences and seminars to network and gather leads
  Qualify leads and convert them into profitable business ventures
  Collaborate with senior management to set short–term and long–term business development goals
  Understand and shape the company's strategy and mission
  Foster and develop relationships with clients, stakeholders and other partners
  Maintain an extensive understanding of current market conditions and industry trends to capitalise on business development opportunities
  Be a part of the mobilisation process of new contract wins and attend meetings with client for the first three months of the contract
  Produce annual cost uplifts for client services inline with inflations and Government wage increases
  Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
  Persuade potential clients about the advantages of the products or services offered
  Pitch cleaning services to potential clients, highlighting unique selling propositions and value propositions tailored to the client's needs
  Prepare and present proposals, tailoring offerings based on client needs and facility specifics
  Work closely with internal departments like marketing, product development, subcontractors and finance to ensure the company is aligned with client needs
  Prepare regular reports on progress
  Use CRM systems to track activities, communications and sales
  Requirements:
  Proven experience in business development, sales or a relevant role
  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  Strong market knowledge and industry expertise
  The ability to manage relationships with managing agents is essential
  Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  Ability to work in a fast–paced, team–oriented environment
