A dynamic Property Finance Lender currently requires a strategic and driven Bridging Business Development Manager to join its team and help it expand its reach and impact.

Business Development Manager Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and bridging gaps between market needs and its innovative solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving growth and enhancing its market presence.

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients. Track and report on business development activities and results. Business Development Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Bridging and Buy-to-Let Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
