The Role:

We're looking for candidates to join our growing team of humans, plants and laptops. You will represent some of the most innovative marketing and communication agencies in Europe as their Account and Business Development Manager.

You will be outreaching to global brand leaders from many sectors via phone, email and LinkedIn, introducing your clients and setting up high-level appointments for them.

The role involves working closely with the other BDMs, your Client Success Manager and Team Assistant to deliver a top-notch, smooth service to our clients.

The role is a hybrid position coming into our Kings Cross office a minimum of twice a week. We can only consider candidates with a right to work in the UK, we cannot sponsor.

The Ideal Candidate's Experience and Responsibilities:

General:

Attend our Kings Cross office a minimum of twice a week (Mondays and Tuesdays)Work within a high performing team, being supportive to co-workersEnsuring a business wide best practice, and knowledge-sharing culture is actively embracedMaintain knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the industryThe ability to multi-task - juggling is not necessary and is not preferred

Outreach:

Obtain 3 meetings a week for your clientsManage reschedules in a timely mannerMaintain high standards of outreachEnsure Meetings booked are qualified and communicated well

Client Management:

Lead Client calls, building client rapport and trustOversee the implementation of bespoke client campaignsDevelop a growth strategy focused on client satisfaction

Admin:

Utilise the CRM for logging outreach, sharing information and task organisingMaintain tidy inboxes with up to date timely responses

About you:

Required Attributes:

+2 years managing accountsResilience in a cold calling environmentExperience with either Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeExcellent English language skills, verbal and writtenHighly focused and organised with a desire to learn and growCalm under pressure with the ability to prioritise within a constantly shifting environmentGood initiative with the confidence to speak upA solutions focused attitudeAn acute eye for detail and precisionSelf-motivated with a growth mindsetGood communication and interpersonal skillsFunnyAbility to anticipate, identify and solve internal and client issues strategicallyBeing able to translate what a prospect says in the moment on a call into detailed written notesTouch typingPerformance-ready capability of Flight of the Conchords - Business Time
