Join our team as a Business Architect where you'll play a pivotal role in complex program architecture and strategic management. Key Responsibilities

Complex Analysis: Investigate and navigate complex program scenarios with ambiguity, identifying and analyzing both challenges and opportunities.Holistic Problem Solving: Employ a broad perspective to address and prioritize program needs effectively.Scenario Modeling: Develop models of current and future states to align with program objectives.Strategic & Operational Management: Communicate and implement program strategies while coordinating architectural consistency across initiatives.Architecture Development: Oversee and maintain a stable program architecture, ensuring adherence to functional standards and design integrity.Capability Improvement: Conduct maturity assessments and performance evaluations to advance program capabilities.Client Engagement: Gather requirements, analyze data, and provide thorough solutions to program issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Business Architect: The TOGAF Standard, Business Architecture GuildBusiness Analyst: British Computer Society certificationWorking within a core team of 10 people - in the Design & Delivery team
