The role:
Possible start date: ASAP
Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5pm
Total working hours: 35
What you will do in your working day:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to their Advisor and Para-planners and be the clients' main point of contact.
Answering calls and taking messagesSupporting Brokers with administrative tasksOpening client filesFollowing up with clients for documentsProvide client, estate agent, solicitor, and broker updates on case progressionGeneral office administrationFiling, organising, scanning and copying documentsProcessing applicationsAble to apply and maintain discretion on sensitive mattersSending documents to lenders and insurers
The training you will receive:
Level 3 Business Administration qualificationAll training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if requiredOpportunity to do CeMAP Mortgage Advice Course
