Building Surveyor Job in Chichester, West Sussex / Hybrid Working

Building Surveyor job for a growing Top 150 construction consultancy based in Chichester, West Sussex, covering projects in mainly Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and London. The role offers a salary of up to 60,000 + Car Allowance + 25 Days holiday + Hybrid Working.

The multidisciplinary consultancy is made of 6 offices across the Southwest and South Coast and London and circa 100 staff, they offer design, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, fire safety, town planning and urban design services to a multitude of different sectors including education, residential, commercial and leisure. This role will be working on refurbishment projects across across education, residential and fire safety.

Role & Responsibilities

Managing refurbishment projects ranging from 50k to 2mWorking on Projects in education, residential, and claddingClient management / LiaisonContract administrationPreparing tender packagesConduct a variety of different building surveysAssist / Mentor junior team members.Required Skills & Experience

3+ Years' Post–graduationRICS Accredited DegreeMRICS or MCIOB or working towardsConsultancy or client–side background both consideredAll sector experience will be consideredNew Build and refurbishment experience is essential.What you get back
