The Role

As a Building Surveyor with Antony Hodari Solicitors, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating housing disrepair claims under sections 9, 10, and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed assessments of potential housing disrepair claims Review and interpret external expert reports and schedules of work Collaborate with our solicitors to provide specialised insight on building pathology and repairs Advise on the estimated value of remedial works and solutionsBenefits:
