Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Iver, Richings Park & Hounslow

Salary: Up to GBP50,000 per annum

Multitask Personnel is excited to partner with a leading independent estate agency specializing in sales and lettings, with offices in Iver and Hounslow. This well–established agency, backed by over 40 years of combined property market experience, is deeply connected with the local community while maintaining a global reach.

We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee both branches, driving success and growth. If you re a motivated, results–driven professional with a passion for property and leadership, this could be your next career move!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across both Iver and Hounslow branches, ensuring efficiency and performance. Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients. Recruit, train, and manage staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Identify growth opportunities for business development. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Lead by example and provide support and development to your team.

Key Requirements:

Proven managerial experience in real estate or a related field. Strong work ethic, drive for results, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Ability to motivate and inspire teams across multiple branches. Excellent communication skills with a positive, solution–focused attitude. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple branches effectively. A team player with a collaborative approach. Local area knowledge is an advantage; proficiency in Panjabi, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu is beneficial but not essential. UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM Alternate Saturdays (2 per month) Bank holidays off Generous annual leave package
