As a Bookkeeper, you'll work closely with a portfolio of clients delivering an all-round bookkeeping service, acting as a key point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships and providing them with valuable support whilst advising on cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients with all bookkeeping needs in a timely mannerReconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare VAT returns and submit to HMRC on timePrepare monthly management accountsSupport clients with software queries and set up, including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooksSupport clients with software setup on cloud-based platforms

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a bookkeeping role within an accountancy practice or similar environmentA strong working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your workGreat interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
