This would suit a motivated and passionate person who is confident with taking inbound calls and making outbound sales calls to gain new business and maintain customer relationships Candidates should be experienced with booking both air and rail travel within a corperation. Key Responsibilities: Taking Calls – dealing with any queries that may arise. Dealing with enquiries and updating the database Amending / Cancelling existing bookings. Business Development on existing clients. Excellent Communication skills Be able to work as part of a team Have negation skills Administration skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet. A Monday - Friday role the hours will be 8.30 - 4.30 or 10-6pm on a rota basis A temp-perm position
