Bodyshop Office Manager

Circa £30-35k (depending on experience)

Southend-on-Sea

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch)

Our client is on the search for an experienced Bodyshop individual to join their team, based in Southend-on-Sea.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Liaising with customers providing regular updates on repair statuses.

* Invoicing, using Bodyshop management systems and completing other relevant customer paperwork.

* Supporting the Bodyshop Manager with workshop work flow.

* Consulting with the workshop on workflow progress.

* Focusing on the Bodyshop striving for best practice, performance excellence and highly professional customer service.

* Supporting all team members and working together.

Your Background & Skill:

* You must hold previous experience within a Bodyshop environment (Bodyshop Manager/Workshop Controller/Assistant Manager/Office Manager/VDA/Bodyshop Parts Manager/Bodyshop Advisor as examples).

* Strong understanding and experience of the repair process within a Bodyshop.

* Knowledge of Bodyshop Management systems & Audatex is a plus.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Good time management skills.

* Ability to work well under pressure.
