BLOCK MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST – Residential Block Management

Location: Sutton, SM1

Salary: £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time / Part Time

An award winning, highly regarded independent property company based in the Sutton area that specialise in Block Property Management are now seeking a Block Management Accounts Specialist.

You will be working closely with the Block Management Team and you will need to be organised, efficient and able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment.

Experience using Sage Software is essential.

Previous experience in Block Management Accounts and strong Administration skills are key because you will need to hit the ground running in a busy department.

If you have a background in the sector and are looking for a new role, we would love to have a conversation with you.

Qualifications in accounting or Property Management would be ideal but experience in budgeting, and accounting is essential

Skills required for this Block Management Accounts Specialist role will include:

Previous experience in Block Management Accounts essential

Highly organised and possess strong administration ability

Experience in Sage Line 50 or similar software

Ability to develop and maintain relationships

Excellent telephone manner

Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload

Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
