Key Responsibilities:

- cooking smash burgers & pizza plus sides and desserts.

- Oversee daily operations of the bistro, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

- Manage and motivate a team of servers and support staff.

- Handle inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and best practices.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
