Are you passionate about supporting young people who need guidance and positive role models? Do you have the resilience and commitment to work with children and teenagers facing challenging circumstances? We are seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join our teams across Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) for both primary and secondary aged students.

About the Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in helping students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools. You will provide tailored support to improve behaviour, emotional well-being, and engagement with learning. Your duties will include:

Offering 1:1 mentoring and guidance to pupils

Supporting small group sessions to build social and emotional skills

Helping students manage their behaviour and develop positive coping strategies

Working alongside teachers and staff to create a nurturing and supportive environmentWhat We're Looking For:

Experience working with young people, ideally in a PRU, school, or youth work setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.

Patience, resilience, and a non-judgmental approach to working with challenging behaviour.

A passion for supporting vulnerable children and helping them achieve their full potential.What We Offer:
