Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with excellent customer service skills. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling satisfied and looking their best.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.

Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.

Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.

Communicate effectively with clients to provide advice on hair care products and services.

Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Proven experience in barbering or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
