Key tasks * Oversee the entire development process, ensuring projects meet time and cost specifications. * Design and present new, innovative products while continuously improving or re-engineering existing ones to optimise performance and cost. * Conduct market research to keep the business competitive and identify growth opportunities. * Drive business expansion into retailers, wholesalers, food service, and third-party manufacturing, actively seeking new opportunities.
