We're seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and appreciates the nuances of working in a smaller accountancy practice.

The Opportunity:

Lead audit engagements for clients with GBP1M - GBP200M turnover Blend audit work with accounts preparation A clear path to Partnership for the right candidate Your Role:

Manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously Review audits, including Corporation Tax and Statutory Accounts Prepare client accounts (IRIS experience ideal) Collaborate closely with partners and team members Stay ahead of accounting and auditing regulations What You Bring:

ACA or ACCA qualification Significant experience in a smaller accountancy practice Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, VAT, CIS, and inventory management Understanding of Personal Tax matters Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Excellent analytical and communication skills Passion for hands-on work and client service Our Client Offer:
