Red Recruitment is recruiting an Assurance Expert who wants to broaden and develop their skills in a new assurance team whilst supporting a growing not-for-profit insurance business.

Our client is a private healthcare provider with over 100 years of putting their customers first. With business growing, they are looking to expand and enhance their internal audit, risk and compliance capabilities with a dedicated team.

The salary for this position is 43,000 - 48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Planning and executing audits in line with the assurance planSupporting wider risk and compliance assurance processesMonitoring business progress against identified audit issuesProviding business support to maintain effective internal controls and supporting in risk and capital analysis and reportingReporting to the Head of Internal AuditKey Skills and Experience of an Assurance Expert:

You should be a qualified member of a professional accounting or auditing body with a minimum of 3 years of audit experienceIf you do not hold the Certified Internal Auditor accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors, you will be supported to achieve thisYou should be able to understand and evaluate business risks, preferably with experience of regulated financial services firmsYou should be a team player with an organised and clear approachA friendly and professional manner is requiredIf you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and experience required, please apply now!
