Vacancy: ASSOCIATE RICS SURVEYOR

Location: Banstead, SM7

Basic Salary: GBP35 – GBP50k (DOE)

Position: Permanent Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified RICS BUILDING SURVEYOR to join a professional expanding Property Services company covering the Surrey, Sussex and South West London area.

You must be able to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team.

You will be required to undertake Homebuyers Surveys and other professional work including Landlord & Tenant Act procedures. Experience of working in a similar position before is essential.

The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with post qualification experience.
