The Role

As the successful Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within a specialist market.

You can expect to:

Assess job specs and create advertsQualify and screen candidates over the phone and through videoManage interview and offer processesBuild and maintain a network of clients and candidatesGain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market sharePitch for retained businessAbout You

To be successful for the role of Associate Recruitment Consultant you'll be driven, personable and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Sales experience would be beneficial, however not essential.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent communication skillsHave a thirst for knowledge and self-developmentBe creative and seek innovation

You'll receive a basic salary and uncapped commission structure from 10 to 30%, as well as the following:
