Our client is a leading Real Estate Investor and Developer that specialise in acquiring and developing high–quality logistics assets to meet the growing demand from e–commerce. Their value–add approach, sustainability initiatives, and strategic partnerships position them as a key player in Europe's logistics real estate sector.

They are now seeking to recruit an ambitious Development Associate, who will oversee development projects/opportunities from inception to completion. You'll assess and underwrite speculative development opportunities, review feasibility, costs, programme and plans, and manage risk and finance, to ensure projects deliver risk–adjusted returns, and align with the businesses overall strategy.

The successful post holder with have a technical background (such as building surveying, construction management or civil engineering), proven experience in development (ideally within industrial or logistics, and strong project/programme management skills.

A wonderful opportunity to work with a leading player in the sector, it comes with a salary up to 95,000 plus various benefits.
