Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Cosmetic Repair Technician to join our team. If you have a passion for automotive repairs and providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cosmetic repairs on various vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Perform minor accident repairs including painting, fitting small trims and panels, full bumpers, single panels, blends, cracked panels, and other minor bodywork. • Conduct alloy refurbishment tasks such as light blow-ins, full alloy refurbs, color changes, and cosmetic diamond cut repairs. • Execute paint correction tasks including full machine polishing, localized spot polishing, and removing bush scratches. • Carry out smart repairs including minor scuffs, car park dents, texture repairs, small blow-ins, and other minor paint repairs. Requirements: • Willingness to travel between Slough, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, and St Albans (fuel allowance provided). • Full UK driving license. • Basic knowledge of accident and repair (bodyshop experience preferred). • Excellent time management skills. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure. • Capability to work well in adverse weather conditions.
