Assistant Store Manager | Premium Retailer | Salary up to £32,000 plus bonus

Zachary Daniels is currently recruiting for a well-known retailer for a new Assistant Store Manager who will be fast tracked to become a Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retail brand in the fashion industry. As our clients new Assistant Manager, you will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

What we want in our new Assistant Manager:

Be responsible for the store performance in the absence of the store manager

Demonstrate ambition to become a Store Manager

Manage a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times

Drive retail sales and performance

Provide a unique service to high value clients and customers

Drive and manage personal service activity for customers

Ensure the floor team are set up operationally to deliver the best customer experience Our new Assistant Manager will be an active presence on the sales floor, you will be willing and able to support colleagues to develop and progress. It is important that you can work with your Store Manager and be able to work on retail projects and new initiatives as and when required. With a background in a fashion retail, we are seeking an established retailer who can succeed in a premium environment.
