About the Assistant General Manager position

To lead a team and achieve results. Provide training and development for staff. Lead from the front and check all company paperwork, including H&S/financial audits. Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience. Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service.
