Job Role: Amazon Account Manager

Salary: 30k- 35k DOE

Location: Remote

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

As the Amazon Account Manager you will be the go to person within the team for listing optimization and creation, account health management, and cross department communication, you'll ensure our products shine in the digital marketplace.

What does the role involve?

Oversee the management of our Amazon account, ensuring the Prime badge status is consistently maintained.Accountable for managing customer reviews, conducting competitor analysis, and resolving any issues related to Amazon courier services.Updating and adjusting product pricing as neededUploading and listing new products to maintain an up to date catalogue Identify and lead initiatives to streamline and automate listing processes, enhancing operational efficiency and setting a foundation for scalable growth in marketplace management.Who are we looking for?

Experience in driving our eCommerce strategies forward, ensuring seamless marketplace operations and fostering business growthProven track record of managing Amazon accounts, either for multiple brands or as part of an Amazon service provider agency, for at least 3 years.Strong English communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Submit your CV today to apply!
