We are currently looking for a AC PPM engineer to join their growing PPM team, maintenance of Air Conditioning Units so must have F GAS qualification. It’s a static role on the UCL Campus but will be covering 130 buildings all within walking distance of our site office.

You will be joining a team of 17 engineers that are broken down into teams, reactive, ppm and filters. This is a basic maintenance role, just cleaning filters, maintenance of AHU and pumps only.

My client has Been operating for over 18 years with a Team of 70 plus operating within London and Home Counties in house engineers have full training and industry qualifications across all core AC, Refrigeration, Chiller, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical disciplines.

Specialise and provide electrical and mechanical services to a wide portfolio of clients building:

public and private sector from Commercial, Health, Finance, Education and Rail with notable customers such as Kings College London, University College London, Standard Bank, NHS and Westminster Schools.

Portfolio of customers which ranges in value from £5,000 to £2million.

Their Head office is based in Dartford and also have offices in:

East London

Basingstoke

North west London
