Grill Chef – London Famous Restaurants

We are currently recruiting for Grill Chefs to work for our agency in restaurants in Central London including Brasseries, fine dining and hotel restaurants. We can provide consistent work and flexibility to work as many or as little hours as you want. The pay rate is up to £17 per hour depending on experience and job requirement.

As an Grill Chef/Chef de Partie you will take ownership of the grill section’s mise-en-place in terms of quantity and quality and deputise in the absence of the Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef. You will also ensure that food is cooked and presented in service as outlined by the restaurant. You will be confident when cooking meats and a sound knowledge of temperature control to ensure safe consumption.

There are full time and temporary positions with flexible and stable working hours. The pay rate is up to £17 per hour depending on experience.

We are extremely interested to speak to Chefs who have experience working on the grill section in a in a busy restaurant or 5* Hotel kitchen. The ideal candidates will be confident working in busy restaurants that can cater for up to 300 covers per service. You will have full uniform, knives, Food Hygiene certificate and a good standard of spoken English.

We are particular keen to speak to chefs with experience on a josper grill.
