As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be highly motivated and customer service driven, handling anything from servicing to general enquires, you will be on hand to ensure all communication is handled from start to finish. General responsibilities: Deal with customers enquiry's such as servicing and repairs.Handle communications with warranty companies, and repair agents effectively.Deal with all customer enquiries.Dealing with inbound and outbound calls.Complaint handling.Ensure all customer expectations are met.To be considered you must have: At least 1 year Customer Service or Aftersales experienceMotor trade experience is desirable, however training will be given.Great communication and Administration skills.This role offers you: 24,040 paPermanent from day oneOngoing Training Peaked your interest?
