Join Our Team as an Acquisition Accountant!

Location: Isle of Man OR Jersey

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Duration: Initial 6 months

Salary: Up to GBP800 per day

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Accountant to manage the financial integration of an acquired company. This role involves a variety of accounting and project activities, ensuring compliance with group policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage PPA accounting and integration activitiesAlign financial treatments with group policiesSupport post-completion accounts and covenant reportingCollaborate with external consultants (auditors, tax advisors)Assist with various finance-related projects Essential Skills:

Professional accounting qualification or significant hands-on experienceProficient in IT systems and advanced ExcelStrong project management skillsExcellent communication abilities, both written and verbal Desirable Experience:
