Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 16:30pm (30 minute break; as no one stays in the office even a minute past finish time).

Training - full study support package is available for ACA or ACCA students. The firm is an ICAEW Authorised Training Employer and ACCA Approved Employer. The Role / Responsibilities:

Client turnovers range from small OMBs to medium-sized groups with turnovers of up to 55m.

Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with a wide range of turnover in a wide range of sectors. Preparation of business and corporate tax computations. Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts. Liaising with clients to collect documentation and information. Qualifications / Requirements:

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who does not require any training on the job.

Minimum 3 years of experience in practice in all aspects of accounting, taxation, management and compliance. ACA / ACCA Qualified / Part-Qualified. Experience of OMBs, Medium-sized business accounts, including the preparation of statutory financial statements. Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to solve problems using own initiative. Excellent communication skills and IT skills, specifically Excel. Ability to check work for accuracy and have good attention to detail. Ability and will to travel to client's premises.
