Accounts Assistant - About the role

A highly successful organisation near Feltham area who focus on internal development and progression. This company have been through a period of expansion over the last 2 years and are looking for someone to work as part of the team with a drive to learn and develop their skills. The key duties of the Accounts Assistant will include:

* Posting supplier invoices to the Accounts Payable ledger

* Completion of monthly bank reconciliations

* Employee expense administration

* Accounts receivable duties

* Excel spreadsheets

* Assisting with month-end accounting

* Other ad hoc duties as required

Over time the successful person will become more and more involved with month-end accounting procedures.

The successful Accounts Assistant will have

You will have strong academics, educated to a minimum of A Level (or equivalent) standard and be either currently studying or looking to embark on AAT studies.

In addition applicants will be computer literate with strong excel and excellent communication skills.
