E & M Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting one of West Yorkshires most rapidly growing organisations. Having been established with one site in 2009, this company has grown exponentially and has numerous sites across the UK, really cementing them as pioneers and leaders in their respective field.

Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a Accounts Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis (40 hours per week). Please note that due to the nature of the role, home working is generally not available although flexibility can be shown for certain situations.

Duties:

- Chase outstanding debt via telephone, email and letter

- Raise sales invoices

- Take payments

- Allocate cash and receipts

- Reconciliations

This position is would suit someone who has worked in transactional finance roles before such as Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control or Accounts Admin.

Ideally you will have experience dealing with invoices but also have the confidence to communicate with debtors about late payments.

We would consider strong administrators who may need training.

The salary on offer is £25 - £26,000pa and there are some fantastic company benefits.
